Inclusion Services will support adults with intellectual challenges primarily living in the State of Maryland, to maximize their independence through the following program structures under DDA waiver plans (Community Supports Waiver and “Comprehensive Waiver”- Community Pathways Waiver):

Inclusion Services intends to expand supports offering more robust Residential and Employment supports to help individuals identify and develop relationships, community independence, work skills and career interests. We provide support in the most integrated community setting to ensure each individual’s rights and privileges are respected while enabling each individual to participate fully in their community to maintain independence.

Meaningful Day Services
Meaningful Day Services programs focus on classroom, skills development, on-the-job and community skills training, volunteering/employment opportunities which encourage those of working age to explore employment options. These services are provided for the following:
- Teaching skills for daily living (Day Habilitation)
- Teaching skills necessary to enter the workforce (Employment Services)- Vocational &
Employment Services, Career Exploration and Community Development Services
The mission of Inclusion Services Inc’s meaningful day program focuses upon training and finding work for individuals with disabilities, including those with the most significant disabilities for whom competitive employment has not traditionally occurred. Inclusion Services believes work provides everyone, especially those with disabilities, purpose and dignity helping them achieve independence and economic self-sufficiency. We will access the Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) first if the individual’s needs are supported and available thru DORS authorized funding.
Residential & Support Services
Our Residential Program provides Community Living – Group Home is a structured 24 hours staffing consistent to the individuals’ needs within each provider home along with nursing supports. Our residential program expansion includes supporting individuals for those who wish to live independent of our homes in
- Shared Living
- Supported Living
These environments will be coordinated with community resources to support independence so each individual can develop life skills, community participation, and assist with personal resources when necessary to maintain full community independence, privacy, dignity, respect and freedom from restrictive environments. We will assist individuals in finding housing and supporting choice of living with other individuals receiving residential supports when desired.
